Promo Direct have been fantastic to work with. After being let down by the quality of trolley coins we received from another supplier, I contacted Corey and he got back to me straight away. The entire Promo Direct team moved quickly to produce and deliver replacement coins ahead of our event, which was hugely appreciated. The trolley coins were excellent quality, with great printing and no errors whatsoever. The service from start to finish was professional, responsive, and reliable. I would highly recommend both Corey and the team at Promo Direct to anyone looking for high-quality promotional products and outstanding customer service.
