If you are placing an order, there are two options. An order can either be completed online or over the phone. If you require assistance with your order, call us on 0203 195 7581 and we will be happy to help.

To complete an order just go online, select the product you want to order and fill out the step-by-step process. Once payment is complete we will design your visuals, print your custom-made item and dispatch.

Yes. To complete your order over the phone, call our customer service team on 0203 195 7581. We are all able to advise you on all aspects of your order and process it manually over the phone.

We accept payment via Sagepay, credit card and bank transfer.

To get prices, call us on 0203 195 7581 or fill out a quick quote form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, follow the steps on the product page and this will generate a quote for you.

Please remember that the order is confirmed once online payment has been made.

We always provide a proof and we don’t go ahead with the order unless you have sent us your signed approval.

We do not provide this as a standard. However, if you require a sample we can easily produce one at a small cost which covers the setup. If you then decide to order, we will take 50% off the final cost. Please note that the sample takes as long to produce as the final product.

If you do not have time for a sample of your item to be made, we can always send previous samples to you, so you can see the quality before ordering. We can also send you images of the item by email once it is made.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our production team. We will also provide updates on your order throughout the production process.

Our products are shipped via DPD next day delivery courier. Tracking information for your order will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

We will send you the tracking information via e-mail once your order is dispatched.

Our quickest standard delivery time can range from same-day delivery to London for plain lanyards, to a few days lead times depending on the level of customisation and the print method of the product. We offer the fastest lead times in the industry and have express options for most items.

Lead times always start once you have approved the artwork by email and payment has been made.

Our Preferred file format is as follows:

  • ai – Adobe Illustrator CC or lower
  • eps – Created in Adobe Illustrator CC or lower

Please send the above files as CMYK with flattened layers and text outlined.  If applicable, please have all colours matched to PMS colours from the solid coated swatch palette.

Fonts / text

Some fonts may need to be supplied as we may not have them on file.  Please make sure all vector text is outlined. Call us if you need assistance.

Once you have sent us your artwork, we will try and match a font as closely as possible. This will be confirmed with you before the production stage.

There are a few ways to find Pantones. If you have Photoshop, you can use the colour picker to see the closest matching Pantone. Alternatively, you can find a coated Pantone chart and match the closest one. Finally, there are many websites that allow you to upload a file and then select a part of the image to match a Pantone.

We are more than happy to receive artwork via e-mail. Please send all files as either AI or EPS (vectorised) files. They can be sent to info@promodirect.co.uk and please also include the company name in the subject.

The largest file size we can accept via e-mail is 10mb. For larger files, please send via ‘WeTransfer.com’ to info@promodirect.co.uk

If the file size is too large, please send it via ‘WeTransfer.com’ to info@promodirect.co.uk

It depends on each item, generally the minimum order quantity is 100, but can also be less. We offer a fully bespoke service and can adapt to your requirements if needed.

If you are ordering online, our maximum order is 10,000. However, if you need more than 10,000 we are more than happy to help. Call us on 0203 195 7581 and we can facilitate your order.

For artwork, we prefer high resolution file formats of AI or EPS vectorised file. If you do not have a vector file available and have a jpeg, png or other, we can help you convert the file. The charge will vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom orders that are printed correctly.

Should any goods be faulty, please inform us in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods and our customer service team will deal with this immediately.

These range from popular staples like t-shirts and pens to bespoke items. Always ask us – we have over 30 years’ experience in the industry and can fulfill most requirements.

You can email us your artwork and we will happily tell you straight away. If there are lots of tones, gradients and colours in the artwork, then it will be full colour.

We have a huge range of items in different colours and can source any bespoke items. Some items, like our lanyards or wristbands, can be produced in any Pantone colour. The match will always be as close as possible.

Most items can be spot printed or digitally printed in any Pantone colour(s). The match will always be as close as possible.

If you have a design and you want it printed on different coloured items, we will happy to do this for you. Call us on 0203 195 7581 and we will guide you through the process.

When you go to the checkout page on Sage Pay, it will say paid. If you are having any issues, please let us know and we can clarify the status of your payment and order.

Please call us and we will resolve the issue for you. We use couriers which means your delivery can be tracked. Our deliveries are almost always on time, but please make sure you leave extra time just in case the courier takes longer.

Yes, the delivery address can be changed if the items have not yet been dispatched.

If the order is already in production it will not be possible to change the order due to the nature of customisation.

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products, but every now and again something might not be right. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, give us a call or email us and we will provide a solution.

We use couriers and whilst we do everything we can to ensure our couriers keep your cartons in the same condition as they leave, they are occasionally damaged in transit. If this happens to your delivery, please let us know and we will arrange a solution.

Yes, we do. Just let us know where you need them to go and we can ship wherever in the world. Send us your delivery address and we will let you know the shipping costs.

This is possible. We charge for the different locations and each shipment is treated separately.

Lanyards are one of our bestselling items and can be fully customised in terms of material, print method, clips, safety breaks, width and more. Please find below our answers to frequently asked questions which we hope might help you.

All our lanyards at 900mm long (this can be changed) as standard. Our standard widths of lanyards are 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm but we can manufacture your lanyards to different size specifications.

Yes, it is possible to have more than one safety break. Please call 0203 195 7581 so we can advise you on the options available.

Yes, this can be done if you have 2 designs. Send us your designs to info@promodirect.co.uk and we can send you a visual with, for example, one side with a photo and the other side with a logo. Most design options are possible.
